We are prone to believe that at that moment of agony in the garden He chose the death of the cross. But the reality is that the cross was the way to NEW LIFE. He chose LIFE, but it meant the cross.

In this devotional teaching I speak about a vision that I saw of me being a child and what Father said to me regarding being as a child within His Kingdom. They are unpretentious and they trust fully. Unto them belong the Kingdom of God. This devotional is a prophetic word I received regarding the different gifts or talents He has given His children and how He wishes to use them for His Kingdom.
In this devotional teaching I talk about how the Worker Bride will be sent to various places to minister to the Church and the lost. During this time they will be going from church to church, house to house, and grow to love those they are sent to. However, at any given moment, He may send them out again to others. This will not be easy because it will require a death once again to that which is comfortable and pleasing, which is to be with loved ones. However, we are only to cleave to Him... Home is where the heart is. This devotional is a prophetic word of encouragement to the Bride now weary of waiting for the return of her Beloved. This devotional is about a prophetic word I received from Father where He speaks about how we are to be aligned first before He can send us out as His arrows. This alignment is crucial to hit the mark, and we must be willing that He has His way with us for His purposes.
In today's society, prophets are a dime a dozen. So many people call themselves prophets when in fact they are not in the office of prophet, but operating in prophetic gifts. These are two very different things. In this devotional I speak on the making of a prophet.
We are glorified by Him, through Him, and unto His purposes. But this glorification is not the end in itself. The glorification is for His purposes for which He predestined us. Our salvation is not the end just as our sanctification is not the end nor our glorification, but the end is what He has ordained for us. You are being sanctified for the purpose to which He will use you in the time to come. Whatever supernatural gifts and abilities we receive hereafter will be built on top of this foundation. It will be the backbone of the Body.
Paul asked the Corinthians why they were walking as mere men, as if to say that he was disappointed in the fact that they did not understand who they really were. This is still true of many. God is Spirit, and to understand who we are, made in His image, takes God to reveal this to us. We may be able to say all the right things, but in the end, authenticity is not in what you say but how you live.
This devotional addresses the "pet sins" we allow even though being priests of the Lord. I address the fact that though seen individually they may seem "petty", but what they collectively show is a heart condition, which He does not take lightly. He desires truth in the inward part and that we serve Him wholeheartedly. |
