Jacob wrestled with God and endured until dawn broke. It was at the most difficult time that he cried out, "I will not let thee go until thy bless me!" And it was there that he saw the angels descending and ascending. After our struggle with God, He opens our eyes to see as He does.

This teaching is related to the Fair Maidens teaching, "Spiritual Warfare - Snakes and Ladders".

These prophetic words are to encourage, exhort, and build up the Bride. Very often they will be used in my blog entries. However, at times, we want to go back to such a word without going through a whole blog entry.

Having said that, please remember that God's Word is eternal. His Word also has dimensions and depth that is later understood more deeply, the heart being then prepared to receive it. It is then that you want to go back and read again. What a particular word meant to you in the past may very well have a different meaning or emphasis in the future.

Also, a word given is a word in progress. This simply means that He works the reality of a word in you as time passes from its original inception.

He wants us to remember what He said.
