My name is Pietra de Bod. I have been serving the Lord for more than 35 years now and still going strong by His amazing grace. If I have anything to boast in, it is truly in that He saved me. For this I praise Him above all things.
I live in sunny Cape Town, South Africa. What a blessing to live here in such a beautiful country. I have been married for over 23 years and have a daughter of 18 years of age. She has five disorders which Father used greatly to form me and chisel away at this sparrow. I would not have it any other way, and yet I have a great expectation of what He will do for her. We may look upon our earthly walk and what He does through us spiritually and stand amazed, but in the end it really is just only Him doing what He does through dust. He made us for His glory and as scripture says... (below) |
This is our orchid with our five giant Olive trees. They always remind me of how I am His Anna and that the oil will never stop.

Psalm 40:1–3
1I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

This is my office where the nitty and the gritty is daily done. It overlooks the orchid and the singing birds you have probably heard in the audios. I am truly surrounded with His goodness.

Where there was heartache and no peace for many years, He showed me mercy and poured out His love into this broken heart. I live for Him alone. Coming from an insecure self-image, He gave me talents and gifts and prepared me for ministry. Never would I have thought that this was in store for me. And it is all His doing. I always wanted to write, but never did thinking it was just not meant for me. I have now written several books and of course, the devotional teachings that I do. I always wanted to paint, and now I do. It is true, when we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will give us the desire of our heart. Never would I ever have thought to be used in the prophetic ministry and here I am by His grace. At the heart of it all, I am just a simple mama who loves her family and is deeply humbled by what He has made with this piece of clay. |
I am one of those people who goes against the stream -- not out of spite or willful arrogance. No, His Spirit in me cries for authenticity and truth. I want the real thing and do not like to follow the sheep… I follow the Shepherd. And there is a cost involved when we do. But it has been worth it every step of the way. In a world where once prophetesses were frowned upon and now are widely accepted, I feel somewhat out of place... probably because they are now a dime a dozen. I almost do not want to associate myself with the word “prophetess”, but this would be to my shame. It took me long to accept and even longer to say it. But He has called me to reveal His heart. And because I am to reveal His heart, He subjects me to “happenings” that allow me to experience His heart so that I can express it via pen as His Scribe. I am but only the pen, and He is the writer that writes on my heart. What an honor. He did not call me to talk about every day little things, but rather quite hefty or weighty subjects of the end-times. We hear a lot about the end-times, but we need to be prepared for it. For this He raised me up amongst others. This is a huge responsibility. I am so dependent on His mercy.
His Fair Maidens is birthed from my previous ministry called "The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation", which is my firstfruits offered up to Him. I believe He will bless the latter, His Fair Maidens, because of the seed sown with the firstfruits. I am amazed by what He is doing and feel that this ministry is all about His beautiful Fair Maidens who will bring in a mighty harvest. May this journey I walk with you feed your soul, open your eyes, and cause you to soar high with eagle's wings... in spite of your circumstances. I am a living testimony that God uses dust for His purposes.
I am merely a voice in the wilderness, preparing the way.
Aside from my daughter and husband, we also have a few other members of the family that I would love to share.
This is Chloé. She is a German Spitz and a real go getter with never-ending energy. That cute factor you see there is a constant joy. She is a sunny disposition in dog form. What a joy!

Here is my "shadow", Chalsea. She is ever faithful to go with me wherever I am. She is my good friend, and comfort. I love her dearly and feel very safe with her at my side.

This is Lexie, my cat. She loves to curl up on my lap, but this does not mean she necessarily loves to be held. She reminds me to take it easy.

His Fair Maidens Foundation
Here I would like to explain the foundation that Father laid with me personally that prepared the way for the His Fair Maidens ministry. He did this through three of His children in the Bible... Anna, Joseph, and Benjamin. This is His story, and it is amazing.

Luke 2:36
36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; The Tribe of Asher received a blessing from Jacob that their feet would be dipped in oil. Also their would be blessed with children, their bread shall be fat and they shall yield royal dainties.

The Fair Maidens are set apart unto Him as Priests.
When Moses was told to set apart Aaron and the Levites as priests, he was told the exact ingredients and measurements. These ingredients were all spices with olive oil. The spices came from flowers that had to be crushed with the olives to produce the anointing oil. And His Worker Brides are those lilies in the wheat field. This oil was then poured over Aaron and the Levites to set them apart, consecrated unto the Lord.
The crushing of these ingredients serves as a type and shadow of what it means to become a priest unto Him. Out of the crushing of the flowers and the olives flows the anointing oil. The Lord God makes it clear, "The Levites are Mine." Priesthood is not just something we can claim as if it is a badge. It is something He makes us into through the process of sanctification.

Genesis 37:5
And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. Joseph was used in a very unique way by God through the means of dreams. Just like Daniel, Paul and John the Revelator, dreams and visions are given to guide, warn and reveal hidden mysteries. Joseph said to Pharaoh that the interpretation of the dreams is from God and interpretation is a necessary gift that has to go with these dreams and visions.

Dreams and Visions are a powerful tool of God to reveal the plans of the enemy, as well as the heart of God. Most of the teachings on this site are supported by these dreams and visions apart from the scriptural foundation. These are either dreams and visions of myself and or other Fair Maidens. They serve as a means to deeper understanding and confirmation in what is taught here. They are a valuable gift from Father in equipping the Worker Bride.

Genesis 49:27
Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil. Although the Tribe of Benjamin was a fairly small tribe, it was renowned for the warriors it produced, which was symbolized by the wolf. Saul, who is the first king of the United Kingdom of Israel, was from the tribe of Benjamin as was the apostle Paul.

The Fair Maidens are as Ravenous Wolves.
We usually think of wolves in Scripture as deceivers and those who are out to kill the sheep. This would not be wrong. However, a sheep cannot catch a wolf. Therefore, God has raised up those shepherds who will be themselves as ravenous wolves to come against those deceivers. Wolves go in packs and the alpha wolf always walks behind the pack, with the older wolves and weaker ones in front. The alpha wolf considers the pack's frailty and abilities. These alpha wolves are as shepherds over the pack and will lay their lives down for them. Yashua said that He as the Good Shepherd lays His life down for His sheep. These alpha wolves fight to the death and are very tenacious and ravenous when it comes to protecting their pack. They are also known for their ability to endure hardship and running for up to 30 miles in a day. This speaks not only about their abilities symbolically, but also their character. And character is formed in hardship. This site is for those Shepherds who are as ravenous wolves over their pack.
